5 Ways To Lose Belly Fat

Lose belly fat? That's never easy. But it can be done, and fast. I've got five ways to lose belly fat that you can implement today. Step 4: Spread your meals out and eat 4 smaller meals a day. Diet is important here. Cut out any late night snacks and reduce your portions until they do NOT overfill you at mealtime.

Step 5: Eliminate negativity from your life. You are where you are now as a result of the things you've done up to this point in your life. To lose weight you need to do things differently, plain and simple. Every time you feel an urge to do something ask yourself this: "Is this the best use of my time based on the things I'm trying to accomplish?"

More times than not, you will realize that what you want to do does not coincide with your weight loss goals. Then your weight loss efforts become a question of "How bad do you want it? How important is losing weight to you?"

These are questions that only you can answer. Lose weight, or do what you "feel" like doing? That is your big question!

As the New Year slowly approaches, now comes the time that those that have neglected their health and fitness start setting some new goals for better health and fitness in the New Year. However even with goals set, usually before January is over, the goals have been forgotten or pushed to the side. If you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off, you need to implement a system for success and not just short term success but long term success.

Being in poor physical form puts you at risk unnecessarily of being susceptible to various diseases and conditions. Being more cognizant of your health and the fact that most of it depends on the lifestyle that you adopt, allows you to prevent sickness and disease and avoid any health risks.

There are many tools and resources that will help you maintain proper health and fitness. Here are a few pointers to remember as you seek to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

1. Set Realistic Goals

We are not all meant to be a size two or zero. You should seek to establish a goal that works for you and your body type. Get the image of the models in magazines out of your head. Most of them practice unhealthy eating and fitness habits anyway in order to maintain that size zero. Do not set an unattainable goal for yourself otherwise you will lose hope and give up on your weight loss program.

Setting realistic goals should start by reviewing your body mass index (BMI) which is a great tool to show you how much weight you need to lose. An ideal BMI is between 19 and 24.9. Anything above this up to 29.9, is considered being over weight and a BMI over 30 is considered obese.

Setting a realistic goal will mean that you want to get to a BMI between 19 and 24.9 based on your height which is one of the factors used to determine your BMI.

2. Objective for Weight loss Should be Empowering

If you are simply losing weight in order to look good at your upcoming reunion or for a wedding or some other vain purpose, the weight loss will only be short term. If on the other hand it is to maintain your health, you realize that exercise and fitness is a lifetime commitment. If you are at risk for diabetes or have the disease, exercise and diet should have a whole new meaning for you because you realize that your life is at risk.

3. Focus on Action

Instead of saying that your goal is to lose one or two pounds a week, state how much you plan to exercise per day or per week. This will allow for a sensible weight loss plan and allow you to disregard the weeks that your weight loss may hit a plateau and keep you pressing forward with your weight loss program.

4. Self-Encouragement

Be objective and fair when you evaluate yourself. Avoid beating yourself up if you miss a day or two, a week or longer of your workouts. Simply look ahead and not backwards to keep you motivated with your weight loss program. You do not need to be perfect. Life happens sometimes and as long as you can get back to your fitness program, you are on the right track.

At the same time reward yourself when you achieve your short term goals. Spend a day at the spa getting pampered, buy a new outfit, etc. Toot your own horn every now and then to keep yourself motivated.

Set a plan and go for it by setting realistic goals, creating the goals for the right reasons, focusing on consistent action and encouraging yourself when you meet your goals and also when you fall short.

Киевляне покупают квартиры в новостройках без кредита и рассрочек

В Киеве продажи квартир в новостройках в апреле текущего года снизились на 7,14 по сравнению с мартом. Об этом сообщили в пресс-службе консалтинговой компании UTG (Украинская торговая гильдия).

Большинство квартир (78 от общего объема продаж) были куплены без использования рассрочки и кредита, 20% - в рассрочку и только 2% - с использованием кредита. По данным компании, предложение на вторичном рынке жилья и индивидуальных домов в апреле т.г. выросло на 3,07% - до 9407 объектов.

В апреле больше всего предлагалось однокомнатных (32%) и двухкомнатных (33%) квартир. На трехкомнатные квартиры приходилось 29%, на квартиры с количеством комнат четыре и больше - 6%.

В компании отметили, что стоимость жилья на вторичном рынке столицы в апреле увеличилась в среднем на 0,64% по сравнению с мартом и достигла 2 036 долл./кв. м. Наибольший рост цен за месяц (+1,86%) зафиксирован в сегменте «элит» - до 7 757 долл./кв. м.

В то же время, в сегменте «бизнес» жилье подешевело на 0,36%, до 2 484 долл./кв. м, в сегменте «эконом» - на 0,65%, до 1 224 долл./кв. м. При этом средняя стоимость жилья на первичном рынке столицы в апреле составила 1 963 долл./кв. м, что на 5 долл. больше, чем в марте, и на 19 долл. меньше, чем в январе 2011 года.

Learn How to Lose Weight and Look Great

Each year we struggle with trying to lose weight and get rid of the belly budge that haunts us each time we look in the mirror or get into shower.

Each New Year my resolution is good health, success, and to become fifteen pounds less. As the year progresses I always receive two out of my three resolutions. Which isn't bad, but when you're trying on swimwear in June for the summer it can be quite disappointing.

But now I have achieved my third resolution and I'm here to show you how you can shed those unwanted pounds, so when you go to beach all eyes and smiles will be focused on you and only you.

Step one: Journal/keep track of your weight loss and what you eat

o Purchase a journal - You need to keep track of what you eat each day. This will help you organize your meals, so you don't open the fridge and eat whatever falls out. Many people get lazy and they eat the first thing they see, so they do not have to prepare their meals. This is also why 70 percent our country is obese.

o Write down what you eat each day.

o Set a goal weight - You need to weigh yourself on the scale (don't lie!) Jot down your weight and the weight you will like to be in the next couple of months.

o Weigh yourself - at the end of the week and write down your current weight.

Step two: Exercise

o Do a five minute warm up (example: stretches)

o The trick to enjoying a workout is to "never call it working out. Exercise is key to maintaining your weight loss and believe it or not it is more important than diet.

o Do 30 minute cardio session tree times a week: (walking, jumping rope, sprinting, yoga, biking, running, swimming etc...)

o Do a 20 minute strength workout twice a week which entails working out the arms with weights, leg lifts, push ups, sit ups etc... Once you see the end results you'll, look and feel like a new person.


Step three nutrition:

o Never skip breakfast - Some people try to lose weight by cutting down on the number of meals they eat that really isn't a good strategy. Skipping meals often just means that you'll be starving later and wind up overeating.

o Get 1,600 calories a day and 64 oz. of water
